Bilocation sits on the line. We're the legal employer in each country, so your people work for you without you owning an entity anywhere.

High standards shouldn't cost high overhead.

You don't need to lower your bar to protect your margins. We help you connect with top-tier international professionals who match your work ethic, at true market rates.

The alternative

Hiring abroad without an EOR is slow, expensive, and quietly risky.

There are three ways to put someone on in a country where you have no company. Two of them can hurt you. See what each path actually costs, then decide.

The slow, costly way

Open your own legal entity

Register a company in the country, set up local payroll, appoint local directors, open a bank account, and keep it all compliant, before your new hire can legally start.

  • Months of setup before anyone can be paid, so the hire waits, or walks.
  • £15,000+ to stand it up, plus ongoing accounting, filings and local counsel.
  • You now own a foreign company you have to wind down if the role ends.
  • Every compliance mistake is yours, and back-taxes and penalties land on you.

Platform

Every legal obligation an employer has in a country, we take on for you.

Compliant contracts, minimum wage and working hours, statutory leave, social and pension contributions, mandatory benefits, tax withholding and termination. Whatever the law of that country requires of an employer, Bilocation handles and remits on your behalf. It runs on one compliance engine, kept current in every market we cover and maintained with local counsel. You receive one invoice: the actual statutory costs at cost, plus our flat fee.

Employer of Record

We legally employ your full-time staff in markets where you have no entity, and meet every statutory obligation that comes with employing them there: compliant contracts, payroll, taxes withheld and paid, mandatory contributions and benefits administered. The employment liability sits with us, not you.

Corridors

Four live corridors, each one run close to the ground.

The large platforms stretch across 150-plus countries through distant partners. We do the opposite: a focused set of corridors that are all live today, each with a vetted in-country partner we work with directly. Fewer markets, run with more attention, and all of them open for hiring right now.

Flagship corridor · Pakistan

A vetted local partner, with real depth on the ground.

Provincial compliance. Employment tracked across four provincial regimes on top of federal law, through a partner who works these rules every day.

In-country, not remote. Contracts, statutory enrolments and payroll are handled locally by our vetted employment partner, with our team managing the relationship end to end.

Workers paid in local currency, with statutory contributions handled and every deduction visible.

Pricing

Flat fees, not a percentage of salary.

The market leaders charge around £475 per employee per month. Our focused-corridor cost base lets us hold a flat £99 profitably rather than as a loss-leader, and we never take a percentage of salary.

The £99 is our fee only. Salary and the employer's statutory costs (contributions, mandatory benefits, taxes) are billed on top at cost, so your invoice is those actual costs plus the flat fee. £99 is our average corridor fee; cross-currency payouts run at 0.5–2% over the mid-market rate. Prices are quoted in GBP and invoiced from a UK account. Final quotes depend on country and headcount.

Fully-loaded figures include the employee's income tax and statutory deductions, the employer's statutory contributions, and the flat £99 Bilocation fee. Part-time scales the salary and statutory costs to half the hours; the £99 fee stays flat per employee, so the part-time hourly rate is slightly higher. All figures illustrative.

Questions

The things clients ask before signing.

What exactly is an Employer of Record?
An EOR becomes the legal employer of a worker in a country where you have no company of your own. We issue the contract, run payroll, withhold and pay taxes, and meet every statutory obligation of an employer there, contributions and mandatory benefits included, while you manage the work and pay one consolidated invoice. It replaces the cost and delay of opening a foreign subsidiary for a small team.
How is this different from hiring a freelancer?
A freelancer has no employment contract, no benefits and no job security, and you carry the risk that a tax authority later rules the contractor was really an employee. Through Bilocation the worker becomes a full legal employee with a proper contract, statutory protections and IP assigned to you. They also keep more of what the role pays, because no marketplace is taking a quarter of it in fees.
Do you own your entities or use partners?
We work through vetted local partner entities. Rather than spread ourselves thin, we stay narrow: a small set of corridors where we know the partner well, work with them directly, and keep the relationship close rather than treating them as a distant sub-contractor. We tell you who the partner is in each market. Owning entities everywhere is capital-intensive and slow; a well-run partner model lets us hold a flat £99 and move quickly, and for standard employment the day-to-day is the same either way.
How fast can you make a hire compliant?
Days, in established corridors. The employee is registered in-country, issued a compliant contract and enrolled in the statutory schemes before day one. Setting up your own entity typically takes weeks or months.
How do you charge?
Flat monthly fees rather than a percentage of salary. EOR averages £99 per employee per month in our corridors. Cross-currency payouts run at 0.5 to 2 percent over the mid-market rate.
I'm an employer. How do I start?
Send us an enquiry through the contact form. Tell us the roles and countries, and we handle everything from there: compliant contracts, payroll and one consolidated invoice.
Who is behind Bilocation?
Bilocation is a UK company, owned and operated by Resource Pool Group Ltd, a London-registered workforce solutions company. You contract with the UK entity, and we deliver in-market through vetted local partners, starting with Pakistan.
