Platform

Everything global employment involves, on one invoice.

Each service runs on the same compliance engine: current rules on contracts, wages, working hours, leave, social contributions, tax and termination in every market we cover, maintained with local counsel.

01

Employer of Record

We legally employ your full-time staff in markets where you have no entity. Locally compliant contracts, payroll run, taxes withheld and paid, statutory benefits administered. The employment liability sits with us, not you.

$99per employee / month
02

Contractor management

Compliant contracts, invoicing and payments for independent contractors, with misclassification checks before you sign. When a role becomes permanent, it converts to full employment without changing platform.

$19per contractor / month
03

Global payroll

Already own entities abroad? We run payroll on them instead. One payslip standard and one consolidated invoice across every country, with no change to your legal structure.

$29per employee / month
04

Benefits, payments and mobility

Mandatory benefits administered and supplementary packages assembled so your offer competes locally. Workers are paid in their own currency, and we support visas and work permits where someone relocates.

Bilocation team working across the platform
WorkGlobal

Candidates arrive employment-ready.

WorkGlobal is the group's jobseeker platform and the single front door for talent. Every member who reaches Bilocation has already been through it. The work an EOR normally waits on is done before the offer is made.

A complete CV and profile, already built

Members register once. Identity, qualifications, experience, skills and speciality are captured and standardised, and a CV is generated from the record. There is no chasing of documents after an offer.

Screened before you see them

Identity, credential and right-to-work checks run against the profile early. The shortlist you receive is hireable.

Placement flows straight into employment

Bilocation is the EOR underneath the platform. An accepted offer moves directly into a compliant contract and a first payroll run. No second vendor and no gap in between.

The data compounds

Each placement improves our matching, salary benchmarks and read on who is hireable where.

Corridors

Deep in a few markets rather than thin in all of them.

The large platforms spread across 150-plus countries through distant partners. We concentrate on the corridors where being local wins the account, with global partner coverage behind them.

Pakistan

Pakistan

Home market

Our own entities and provincial depth. Compliance tracked across four provincial regimes on top of federal law.

A large, ready supply side. Over two million registered freelancers, many of whom would rather hold a formal job with benefits than lose a quarter of their income to marketplace fees.

A locally screened pipeline. WorkGlobal candidates are sourced and vetted on the ground by our own team.

United Kingdom and Europe

United Kingdom and Europe

Demand side

A London-registered parent. Resource Pool Group Ltd gives Western clients a familiar counterparty and contract.

Remote hiring without an entity. Engineering, back-office and professional roles filled and employed compliantly.

One invoice in GBP or EUR covering salary, statutory costs and our flat fee.

Gulf and GCC

Gulf and GCC

Demand side

Licensed local capability. Genuine EOR in the Gulf runs through licensed entities. We use our own plus vetted partners.

We absorb the setup. The registrations and platform enrolments that take a new entrant six to eight weeks are already in place.

Built for skilled and expatriate roles, working within national workforce rules rather than around them.

Why clients stay

Compliance is the product. Everything else sits on top of it.

Bilocation operations and compliance team

A live rulebook for every market

Contracts, minimum wage, working hours, leave, social contributions, tax and termination, kept current as the law changes.

The liability moves to us

Misclassification findings bring back-taxes and penalties. As the legal employer, we carry the employment risk instead of you.

You know what sits behind each country

Owned entity or vetted partner. We disclose which model backs each market, because in regulated industries the distinction matters.

People, not just software

Every client has a named point of contact. Workers get self-service for payslips, documents and time off.

Pricing

Flat fees, not a percentage of salary.

The market leaders charge around $599 per employee per month. Our corridor cost base and placement revenue let us hold $99 profitably rather than as a loss-leader.

Questions

The things clients ask before signing.

What exactly is an Employer of Record?
An EOR becomes the legal employer of a worker in a country where you have no company of your own. We issue the contract, run payroll, withhold and pay taxes and administer statutory benefits, while you manage the work and pay one consolidated invoice. It replaces the cost and delay of opening a foreign subsidiary for a small team.
How is this different from hiring a freelancer?
A freelancer has no employment contract, no benefits and no job security, and you carry the risk that a tax authority later rules the contractor was really an employee. Through Bilocation the worker becomes a full legal employee with a proper contract, statutory benefits and IP assigned to you. They also keep more of what the role pays, because no marketplace is taking a quarter of it in fees.
What does "employment-ready" mean for a candidate?
Members of WorkGlobal, the group's jobseeker platform, register once and come out with a complete structured profile and a generated CV, screened for identity and credentials. When one of them is placed through Bilocation, everything an EOR needs to issue a compliant contract is already on file, so onboarding starts the day the offer is accepted.
Do you own your entities or use partners?
Both, deliberately. Vetted local partner entities give us broad coverage quickly. In our core corridors, beginning with Pakistan, we operate our own entities, because owning the corridor improves margin and control. We disclose which model backs each market.
How fast can you make a hire compliant?
Days, in established corridors. The candidate is registered as our employee in-country, issued a compliant contract and enrolled in the statutory schemes before day one. Setting up your own entity typically takes weeks or months.
How do you charge?
Flat monthly fees rather than a percentage of salary. EOR averages $99 per employee per month in our corridors, contractor management starts at $19, and payroll on your own entities starts at $29. Talent placement carries a one-off success fee. Cross-currency payouts run at 0.5 to 2 percent over the mid-market rate.
How do I apply for a role?
Through WorkGlobal, the group's single front door. You join once, your profile and CV are built at registration, and you can apply to any role across all four routes — including everything shown here. Bilocation does not take applications directly.
I'm an employer. How do I start?
Start on WorkGlobal too. Tell us the roles and countries, and Bilocation handles the employment side from there: shortlist if you need one, compliant contracts, payroll and one consolidated invoice.
Who is behind Bilocation?
Bilocation is part of Resource Pool Group Ltd, a London-registered workforce solutions group, and one of four routes on the WorkGlobal platform, alongside Direct Jobs, HireDesk and Training. Talent supply runs from Pakistan, where the group operates with its own team on the ground.

Everything starts on WorkGlobal.

WorkGlobal is the group's single front door. Candidates join once and their profile carries into every route. Employers start there too, and we take it from the first conversation to running payroll.
